The MCHA believes that tomorrows learders are formed today. A well rounded Cadet Program is vital to our Mission. All Cadets, and their Unit Leaders, are to be fully trained in the basics of martial skills, discipline, drill and ceremony, physical training and our history. Adult Leaders (Canddiates for Warrant billets) of Cadet units are required to undergo a training seminar and drill and ceremony course.
Those who would like to affilate with the MCHA are welcome to attend Recruit Training to be more fully syncronized with our method, language, chain of command, and Mission. Adults applying for Membership are not required to complete Recruit Training.
The MCHA takes pride in our application process. Because firearms are involved in our programs, the MCHA is especially careful about safety and legality. Those accepted into the course must first submit to a background check, ensuring that everyone may participate fully in the immersion. If you claim prior-service, a copy of your DD214 will be requested. Drugs are not welcome at any MCHA course or event, and their use is contrary to our Mission.

Attending Training is an exciting choice. MCHA Cadet Recruit Training is not for the faint of heart. If you choose to accept this challenge, it will an experience like nothing else. During your 3-phase Indoctrination young men age 11-17 will undergo a rigorous program that teaches martial skills, encourages patriotism, and instills the Core values of honor, courage and commitment. Those who complete the 3-phase Recruit Indoctrination Course are required to attend a week-long Recruit Training during the summer of 2012.
